Rodney building his Modeling Portfolio

I met Rodney at his family photo session right before Christmas...and knew he had some serious talent.  I asked him if he was looking to model, and he say yes! This was his FIRST portfolio build photo shoot!! (and I'm sure I'll shoot him again soon!!) We set up a date to shoot and here are his results. TWO Easy-to-make DIY Peppermint Oil Holiday GiftsIf you're like me...the days just jumble together and Christmas will be here before you know it!! Now's the perfect time to whip up some holiday crafts to give as last minute gifts for friends, family, teachers, neighbors, or some "unexpected" drop-bys....  With minimal ingredients and supplies, you can make these sweet smelling little gifts in no time!!(links to the items I used are in the recipes) Peppermint Sugar Scrub (with Coconut Oil)1 Cup Sugar1/4 Cup (Melted) Coconut Oil  (Purchase Here)15 drops Peppermint Essential Oil (Purchase Here)4 ounce mason jar (Purchase Here)Decorations for lid (examples: red/white twine, candy canes, twigs, sticks)FREE MASON JAR LABEL Simply mix 1 cup of sugar and 1/4 cup of melted coconut oil together into a large mixing bowl.  Then, add 15 drops of the peppermint essential oil and mix together. Spoon into your glass container and seal. Print and add labels to the top. DIY Arm Knitting {The 30-min Neck Cowl} DIY Arm Knitting - 30-Minute Neck Cowl (Scarf)EASY PEASY!Materials:2 skeins ANY COLOR Size 6 or 7 Bulky Yarn {PURCHASE HERE}ScissorsFor this tutorial I used: Yarn Bee in Astounding TEAL, but I found this on AMAZON, and have used it! {PURCHASE HERE}Directions:Cast on 10 stitches and arm knit until desired length. Talk about "impromptu"!!! I contacted Kat today to do a Captured shoot to model my new headpieces and an hour later....boom!! This happened. I made the Red Flower Pheasant Feather headdress last week, and knew Kat would be the perfect model for it. The green leaves one, I made yesterday. So fun!!!  Afterwards, we just played dress up....and just went crazy!! In love with these!!
